Nick was constantly getting requests on how to obtain your MA gun license.

He received his NRA certification in 2015 to provide education services to obtain your Mass LTC. He formed Mass Concealed out of NH in 2015. He obtained his federal firearms license in 2016. Since then, he has started real-life tactical training out of NH. He has continued his firearms training with Defense Techniques School, out of Arizona. Since then, he has begun integrating the two companies to provide more support for those seeking a firearms class!

Ron Ward brings to CSTS IT over three decades of comprehensive experience in sales and marketing, embodying a journey of dedication, growth, and leadership across several industries. His career began at Matthews Chevrolet, where his natural sales talent quickly transitioned him from the reconditioning department to a pivotal sales role. Ron’s exceptional skills and drive saw him excel in positions ranging from Sales Manager to General Sales Manager at notable dealerships, including Spartan Pontiac, Buick, and GMC.

In 1999, Ron’s journey took an innovative turn as he ventured into the mortgage industry with The Money Store, distinguishing himself through outstanding performance. He later embraced the role of District Sales Manager for Balloons Inc., overseeing sales activities across New England & New York until 2012. Following a stint in automotive sales and service with RCN Automotive and an enriching experience as Production Manager at The Lowell Corporation, Ron realized his true calling lay in sales and marketing.

In 2023, Ron joined CSTS IT, Inc., bringing his passion, expertise, and visionary leadership to our team as the Sales Manager. His dynamic career and adaptable skills highlight his dedication to innovation and excellence in the sales and marketing field, making him a valuable asset to our company and our clients.
